Albuquerque, NM. Frontier Restaurant. Go for breakfast and get the breakfast burrito and cinnamon roll. Located across from UNM. 2400 Central Ave, SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106

Denver, CO. Baker Street Pub. Apparently this is a small chain but it was really cool. You can get English food here - I had sausage roll and mash and it was great. Many locations in CO and TX but I went to this one in the Denver Tech Center 8101 E.
